Shuffle the deck and deal each player three cards. Players take turns relating one of their cards to the last card discarded onto the discard pile. State a relationship for the two cards out loud. Consider using the phrasing “I am the” as you play your turn and become the relationsahip you state, as would a shapeshifter. Draw a new card at the end of your turn. Try to use metaphors when they come to mind. To include more players add a discard pile and refer to the game, Ratio.

  • Three cards to a hand.
  • Take turns relating one of your cards to the top card of the discard pile.
  • Say something out loud relating the two cards as you discard the card face up to the pile.
  • Draw a card at the end of your turn.
  • Try to use metaphors when they come to mind.
